Lauren is a dynamic business professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Canisius College. Lauren loves working with people and developing strong relationships, and she brings that enthusiasm and positivity to work every day.   

Lauren loves getting to know her Clients, gaining an understanding of their wants and needs, and being able to deliver high-quality results to their businesses. She provides insight into working with different personalities and professionals and strategically and tactfully leverages her relationships to help Companies and Candidates find the right match, to succeed in their businesses, and grow in their careers within WNY.

Lauren has always been passionate about Buffalo and making an impact within WNY. Lauren spent the first 10 years of her career in Pharmaceutical Sales, where she became a top Sales Representative and was awarded the Gold Cup, Top 10% Club, District Sales Manager Award, and MVP award. Throughout her career in Pharmaceutical Sales, Lauren mentored many Sales Professionals and helped new Representatives develop their skills to become successful in their careers. Lauren has a talent for truly listening to people, helping them discover their career potential, and showing them the path to navigate their development into stronger professionals.
