This policy explains how CannaWorkforce Solutions, LLC (“CannaWorkforce Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with text messages.

If you opt in to text messaging, we may collect your mobile number; your name and other contact information you provide; messages sent to and from us; message dates, times, and delivery information; and records of your consent and opt-out requests.

How we use SMS information

We use this information to send messages you agreed to receive, respond to questions, coordinate recruiting and workforce services, manage opt-outs, maintain records, and meet applicable legal and operational requirements.

Consent and your choices

You receive CannaWorkforce Solutions texts when you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to SMS communications. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation text. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@cannaworkforcesolutions.com, or call 716.402.6590. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing your information

We may use communications providers and mobile carriers to deliver and manage texts on our behalf. We do not sell your SMS information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. CannaWorkforce Solutions SMS consent is not transferred to StaffBuffalo, HRBuffalo, or another brand for that brand’s marketing.

Retention and security

We retain SMS information, including consent records and message logs, for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, although no electronic system is completely secure.

Requests and updates

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law, by contacting us. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date.
